Cancellation Policy

✨ Golden Root Botanica Policies ▪️ Booking & Deposits A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. The remaining balance is due at the end of your service. ▪️ Cancellations Please cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations will forfeit the deposit. ▪️ No-Shows No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. After two no-shows, I will no longer be able to book you. ▪️ Late Arrivals There is a 15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and the deposit will not be refunded. ▪️ Sick Policy If you’re experiencing fever, cold, flu symptoms, or contagious skin conditions, please reschedule. Your skin + my space are protected this way.
